Adobe announced an expansion of its artificial intelligence agent platform with a new suite of agents specifically designed for business-to-business (B2B) marketers. These agents, accessible within Adobe's Experience Platform, are aimed at automating and improving customer experience workflows and marketing operations for business buyers. The new tools are powered by the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, which provides intelligence and reasoning capabilities. Anjul Bhambhri, senior vice president of engineering for Adobe Experience Cloud, stated that the company is leveraging agentic AI to build specialized agents and embed them into data, content, and experience creation workflows. The initial release includes agents for tasks like audience building, journey planning, and site optimization. Adobe also plans to launch an Agent Composer to allow businesses to customize these agents and an Agent SDK for developers to build their own. This initiative is part of Adobe's broader strategy to integrate generative and agentic AI across its enterprise software portfolio.
