Registration for the beta version of the exam is set to open on November 18, 2025. In a related move, AWS also announced the retirement of its 'AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty' certification, with the last exams to be held on March 31, 2026, signaling a strategic shift in focus towards the rapidly evolving field of generative AI.
