Bank of America announced 2025 results for its Community Development Banking division on February 12, 2026. The division provided $7.4 billion in debt and equity financing for affordable housing.
The initiative created over 11,000 affordable housing units. These units span 21 states. The housing serves families, seniors, veterans, and individuals with special needs.
Bank of America has provided over $42 billion since 2020. This funding supports the creation and preservation of more than 74,000 affordable housing units.
