Bank of America's Merchant Services ranked number one for overall customer satisfaction. The ranking covered the 14 largest providers in the J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Merchant Services Satisfaction Study.
The study surveyed over 4,400 small business customers nationwide.
BofA achieved a best-in-class classification in five of the six measured dimensions.
Top-ranking areas included data security and protection, cost of processing payments, and managing client accounts.
BofA also led in quality of technology and offering advice and guidance on running a client's business.
