Baidu announced at its Miaoda 2025 Creator Conference that its no-code app development platform, Miaoda, generated over 500,000 business applications. This milestone was reached just eight months after the platform’s launch.
The achievement underscores the growing adoption of Baidu’s AI tools and the expansion of its developer ecosystem. Daily new app creations on the platform surged by more than 150%.
Collectively, these applications created over RMB 5 billion in economic and efficiency value. The apps cover more than 200 scenarios, including education and commerce.
Baidu reported that 81% of Miaoda’s users are non-programmers, primarily professionals and university students. This user base confirms the platform’s success in simplifying AI app development and broadening accessibility.
