Circle Expands Payments Network in South Korea with Hecto Financial Integration

Circle integrated Hecto Financial, a regulated South Korean financial services provider, into its Circle Payments Network (CPN).

The integration provides Hecto Financial access to a global settlement infrastructure for cross-border payments using regulated stablecoins, including USDC.

Hecto Financial plans to use CPN to streamline overseas remittance and settlement processes. This usage complies with South Korean regulations.

The partnership aims to deliver faster, more secure cross-border payment services for Hecto’s domestic and international customers. Supported use cases include B2B payments, remittances, and treasury flows.
