HIVE's BUZZ HPC Partners with ProCogia to Deliver Sovereign AI Solutions

HIVE Digital Technologies announced that its subsidiary, BUZZ High Performance Computing (HPC), has entered into a strategic partnership with ProCogia, an applied-AI and data engineering company. The collaboration aims to provide a full-stack, sovereign AI solution by combining BUZZ HPC's GPU infrastructure with ProCogia's AI services for clients in Canada, the U.S., and Europe.

• Partnership Structure: ProCogia will procure dedicated GPU capacity from BUZZ HPC's Canadian data centers to power its AI products. In turn, ProCogia will serve as a preferred applied-AI services partner for BUZZ HPC's customers.
• Service Offering: The joint offering will include LLM development, bespoke model training, and end-to-end AI integration on BUZZ HPC's sovereign compute infrastructure, targeting enterprise and small- to medium-sized businesses.
• Go-to-Market Plan: The companies intend to jointly market their combined sovereign compute and applied-AI capabilities internationally, expanding beyond their Canadian base to the United States and Europe.
