JetBlue and Japan Airlines (JAL) will terminate their frequent flyer redemption partnership effective March 31, 2026.

The arrangement launched in April 2025. It allowed loyalty members to book award flights on the partner carrier, a popular option for travel between the U.S. and Japan.

The conclusion marks a significant change for JetBlue TrueBlue members, who lose a valuable avenue for international award travel.

Members can still book award travel using points through the March 31, 2026 end date. Tickets issued for travel after that date will remain valid. The airlines provided no specific reason for the termination.
