JetBlue permanently canceled several flight routes, effective after March 11, 2026. The airline stated that the cancellation of domestic routes aims to free up aircraft and crews. These assets will be redeployed to new and high-performing markets.
The discontinued services include flights between Boston and Dallas/Fort Worth, and between New York’s LaGuardia Airport and Tampa. JetBlue also ceased service between New York and Tulum, Mexico. This move marks the airline’s complete exit from the Tulum leisure market.
The decision to end service to Tulum stems from a drop in demand for travel to that destination. Customers with existing bookings on these canceled routes will receive rebooking options or full refunds.
