JetBlue announced the launch of its first airport lounge, BlueHouse, scheduled to open on December 18, 2025. The lounge will be located in Terminal 5 of New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). This initiative anchors the carrier's 'JetForward' strategy, which focuses on delivering premium, customer-centric experiences.
The new facility spans 9,000 square feet across two stories. Designed to evoke a residential feel, the BlueHouse features high-speed Wi-Fi, a game room, and various seating areas. It will offer locally sourced food and beverage options.
Access will be complimentary for certain elite loyalty members and premium credit card holders. Other customers can purchase access starting in February 2026. JetBlue also plans to open a second BlueHouse lounge at Boston Logan International Airport in 2026.
