JPMorgan Payments Appoints New Chief Data and Analytics Officer

JPMorgan Payments named Zachery Anderson as its new Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO). Anderson joins the firm from NatWest Group. He served as CDAO and head of open banking, personalization, and AI there since 2020. He previously spent 12 years at gaming company Electronic Arts.

The appointment signals JPMorgan's increasing focus on leveraging data and analytics within its payments business. The firm aims to enhance services and drive innovation by utilizing leadership experienced across the financial and technology sectors.
