Lululemon and Nike agreed to end their patent dispute over the Mirror home fitness device and its related mobile applications. This agreement dismisses the lawsuit Nike filed against Lululemon.
Nike sued Lululemon in January 2022. Nike claimed the Mirror system infringed six of its patents. These patents covered digital fitness technology, including tracking workout performance and user competition. This settlement concludes the litigation, removing a legal overhang and associated costs for Lululemon as it moves forward with its new fitness content strategy.
