Moody's Corporation announced Monday it will relocate its global headquarters to 200 Liberty Street at Brookfield Place in Lower Manhattan. The company expects to complete the move in 2027. The new facility will occupy approximately 460,000 square feet, maintaining Moody's 115-year presence in the area.

The relocation is part of Moody's global office enhancement program, which includes new facilities in several major cities. President and CEO Rob Fauber stated the new headquarters represents an investment aimed at fostering collaboration and better serving customers.

Moody's did not disclose the financial terms of the lease agreement. Initial reports noted no significant market reaction or analysis regarding the announcement.
