Trading Halted for MSTR-Linked ETF for NAV Restatement

Tidal Investments halted trading for the YieldMax® MSTR Short Option Income Strategy ETF (WNTR) on February 18, 2026. The firm initiated the halt to correct Net Asset Values (NAVs) published for February 17.

Tidal restated the WNTR NAV downward from $37.8489 per share. The new NAV is $37.1473 per share.

MicroStrategy did not cause the restatement. The correction highlights valuation complexities for this MSTR-linked income product.
