Nurix Therapeutics, Inc. achieved a $7 million research milestone under its strategic collaboration with Pfizer. The payment supports the discovery and development of degrader antibody conjugates (DACs), bringing Nurix’s total receipts under the agreement to $82 million.

The collaboration began with Seagen in September 2023; Seagen is now part of Pfizer. The agreement includes up to $3.4 billion in potential milestone payments, plus tiered royalties on future sales. The milestone marks progress in the companies’ joint efforts to develop novel therapies for patients.

DACs are an emerging therapeutic modality designed to combine the selectivity of antibodies with the mechanism of targeted protein degraders.
