Oracle announced two cloud and AI collaborations on February 13, 2026.
The City of Atlanta is implementing Oracle Permitting and Licensing to modernize planning, permitting, and inspections. This expansion follows Atlanta's previous adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications for finance and HR.
Oracle is also partnering with the non-governmental organization ReGrow Israel. ReGrow Israel will utilize the Oracle Agriculture Data Intelligence platform to restore national farming.
The platform integrates satellite imagery and ground data. It provides real-time insights into soil conditions, crop progress, and water usage. These tools aim to support more predictable agricultural production.
