Oracle NetSuite today announced NetSuite Next, a significant overhaul of its cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, during the SuiteWorld 2025 conference. The new version will embed conversational AI, agent-based workflows, and natural language automation directly into the suite to streamline complex business processes. A central feature is 'Ask Oracle', a natural language assistant designed to help users search for information, analyze data, and navigate the application conversationally. NetSuite Next also introduces an AI Canvas for collaborative data exploration and will feature a new user experience based on Oracle's Redwood Design System. The upgrade is described as the most significant change to the user experience in the product's history. The rollout of NetSuite Next is scheduled to begin for customers in North America within the next 12 months, allowing them to transition without disrupting existing customizations. This move signals a strategic push by Oracle to integrate advanced AI capabilities across its business application portfolio to enhance efficiency and decision-making for its customers.
