SAP National Security Services (SAP NS2), a subsidiary of SAP, secured a sole-source contract from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The contract, for cloud services, is valued at up to $903 million. This indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract features a one-year base period. It also includes six one-year options, extending its potential duration to seven years.

The agreement covers cloud hosting, subscription licenses, and managed services. These services support the DLA's enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment. The contract utilizes SAP NS2's Private Cloud Edition RISE offerings. These offerings help the DLA migrate its on-premise platforms and infrastructure to a secure, cloud-based model. Fiscal 2026 and 2027 defense working capital funds will finance the work.
