SiriusXM's New Chief Legal Officer, Former Spotify GC Eve Konstan, Starts Role

Eve Konstan officially begins her tenure as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary for SiriusXM on February 9, 2026.

Konstan succeeds Richard N. Baer, who retires after serving as General Counsel. She previously served as General Counsel for audio streaming competitor Spotify. SiriusXM announced her appointment on January 29, 2026.

The transition follows the company's recent Q4 2025 earnings release on February 5. The earnings report included strong free cash flow guidance for 2026.
