S&P Dow Jones Indices Implements Changes to MidCap and SmallCap Indexes

S&P Dow Jones Indices announced changes to the S&P MidCap 400 and S&P SmallCap 600 indices. The adjustments take effect prior to the opening of trading on Friday, January 30.

TTM Technologies Inc. joins the S&P MidCap 400, replacing Civitas Resources Inc. Amneal Pharmaceuticals Inc. will replace TTM Technologies in the S&P SmallCap 600.

The adjustments stem from regular index maintenance. SM Energy Co.'s pending acquisition of Civitas Resources specifically prompted the changes.
