The update features three major tools. The 'Virtual Gate' provides real-time boarding information. A new tool offers capacity insights to help travelers find the best United Club location. Furthermore, the app now includes a package-delivery-style tracker for checked luggage.
The platform also integrates AI-powered navigation and personalized travel updates. United is currently rolling out the new features. They are expected to be widely available before the holiday travel season begins on December 18, 2025.
