United Airlines has completed a significant fleet transaction, taking delivery of 10 Boeing 737-9 aircraft from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE). The deal, structured as a sale-and-leaseback mandate, was finalized in a notably short period of six months from the execution of documents to the final delivery of the aircraft. The new, fuel-efficient aircraft are part of United's broader fleet renewal and growth strategy. Firoz Tarapore, CEO of DAE, commented on the swift completion of the transaction, highlighting the strong partnership and efficiency of both teams involved. This delivery supports United's ongoing efforts to expand its modern fleet.
