InnoScience Technology converted 373,841,270 domestic unlisted shares into H-shares. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange will begin trading the new shares on June 4, 2026. This move completes the company’s H-share full circulation plan following regulatory approval.
The conversion increases publicly traded H-shares to approximately 899 million. H-shares now represent 98.28% of the total issued share capital. Domestic unlisted shares have decreased to 1.72%. Total share capital remains unchanged.
The initiative aims to enhance stock liquidity and the free float in Hong Kong. InnoScience expects to attract more international investors and improve price discovery. The company warned of potential market volatility as the market absorbs the newly available shares.
