Sivers Semiconductors issued 12,280,701 ordinary shares to raise approximately SEK 700 million before transaction costs.
The company set the subscription price at SEK 57 per share through an accelerated bookbuilding process. This price represents a 9.7% discount compared to the June 30, 2026 closing price.
The offering was multiple times oversubscribed and attracted both Swedish and international institutional investors.
Sivers will use the capital to increase manufacturing capacity for InP lasers and optical amplifiers. The investment targets growing demand within the AI datacenter and automotive sectors.
