Grenergy Renovables SA finalized the sale of its Oasis de Atacama fourth phase to CVC DIF. The transaction carries an enterprise value of $475 million.
The deal includes the Gabriela plant and a portfolio totaling 272 MW of solar capacity. This portfolio also features 1,100 MWh of battery storage capacity.
This divestment supports Grenergy’s 2026-28 Strategic Plan for asset rotation. The company targets €800 million from asset sales to fund future growth.
These proceeds will support a total investment target of €3.7 billion through 2028. Grenergy plans to expand solar-plus-storage platforms across Chile and Spain.
