The transaction represents AbbVie’s largest bolt-on acquisition in more than five years. This move aims to bolster the company’s portfolio of inflammatory and immunology treatments.
Apogee Therapeutics currently develops therapies for conditions including atopic dermatitis and asthma. An official announcement may arrive as early as Monday, June 22.
