OpenAI is expanding its enterprise strategy through a multi-year partnership program called the Frontier Alliance. The initiative includes four major consulting firms: Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, Capgemini, and McKinsey & Company.
The alliance aims to accelerate corporate adoption of the new Frontier enterprise platform. OpenAI engineers will work alongside consulting teams to transition corporate clients from pilot projects to full-scale AI deployments.
Consultants will assist businesses with strategy definition and the integration of AI agents into core workflows like sales and customer support. The program also focuses on redesigning corporate operating models.
This strategic move intensifies competition in the enterprise AI market against rivals such as Google and Anthropic.
