Adobe has integrated OpenAI’s GPT-Image 1.5 model directly into its Firefly generative AI platform. This integration provides users with advanced ChatGPT image generation capabilities within their Adobe creative workflows. The model specifically enhances prompt interpretation and delivers higher-quality image output.
The new capabilities are available across Firefly’s Generate Image, Edit Image, and Boards features. This move supports Adobe’s broader strategy to build a multi-model AI ecosystem within its creative suite.
To mark the launch, Adobe announced a limited-time promotion for Firefly Pro and Premium subscribers. Until January 15, 2026, these users receive unlimited image generation using the new OpenAI model. The promotion removes all restrictions on their generative credits.
