First Majestic Silver Corp. produced 3.8 million ounces of silver in the second quarter. Gold production reached 34,660 ounces during the same period. Silver output increased 3% year-over-year, while gold production rose 2%.
Record mill throughput at the Santa Elena and Los Gatos mines drove the performance. These gains offset temporary labor and operational challenges at the San Dimas mine.
First Majestic raised its full-year 2026 production guidance following the results. The company now expects to produce between 14.6 million and 15.5 million ounces of silver. Gold production targets for 2026 now range from 128,000 to 135,000 ounces. Management also confirmed the strategic sale of the Del Toro mine.
