AirJoule Technologies Corporation partnered with Kubota Corporation to deploy atmospheric water generation technology. The collaboration targets decentralized water infrastructure in Texas and California to address residential water scarcity and quality.
Kubota secured exclusive rights to market and distribute AirJoule systems for multi-unit residential developments in the initial territories. The company purchased two AirJoule Core systems for upcoming pilot programs.
Pilot deployments are scheduled for the third quarter of 2026 near Corpus Christi and Irvine. AirJoule shares surged 15% to 17% in pre-market trading on July 22, 2026.
