Ambarella Inc. and Hanwha Group entered a long-term agreement for edge AI systems-on-chip and software.
The partnership is expected to generate over $800 million in revenue for Ambarella.
The contract spans a period of more than ten years.
Both firms will co-develop AI technologies for video security, robotics, and industrial automation.
This multi-generational agreement builds on a strategic collaboration initiated in March 2026.
