AMD and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced a strategic collaboration to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in enterprises. The partnership focuses on co-developing industry-specific AI and GenAI solutions. These solutions target sectors including life sciences and manufacturing.
Under the agreement, TCS integrates AMD’s core hardware. This includes Ryzen CPUs, EPYC CPUs, Instinct GPUs, and various AI accelerators. This integration helps clients modernize their hybrid cloud, edge, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
The collaboration also includes significant talent development initiatives. TCS plans to upskill its workforce on AMD's hardware and software technologies. Furthermore, the two companies will jointly invest in creating a dedicated talent pool of AI experts.
