AMD CEO Lisa Su will meet Samsung Electronics Chairman Jay Y. Lee in South Korea next week. The executives intend to discuss securing high-bandwidth memory (HBM) supplies for artificial intelligence chipsets.

This meeting addresses surging global demand for advanced memory used in AI accelerators. The discussions highlight AMD’s strategy to fortify its supply chain for data center and AI product lines.

Su also plans to meet with the CEO of Naver, South Korea’s leading internet portal. These talks will cover expanding semiconductor supplies for data centers and joint development of next-generation computing technologies.
