The company is promoting internal candidates to fill the upcoming vacancies and has appointed its Lead Independent Director as the new Chairperson of the Board, effective immediately.

- CTO Transition: Basil Shikin will step down as CTO effective July 1, 2026, and will transition to a new role as Distinguished Engineer. Giovanni Ge, currently Chief Product and Engineering Officer, will be appointed as the new CTO.
- Legal Officer Retirement: Victoria Valenzuela, Chief Administrative & Legal Officer, will retire effective August 1, 2026. Corina Cacovean, current Deputy General Counsel, will be appointed as the new Chief Legal Officer.
