Mizuho Securities raised its price target for Arm Holdings to $500 from $425. The firm maintained its Outperform rating.
The update follows the Computex 2026 event in Taiwan. Arm highlighted the expansion of its AGI CPU platform with major clients Oracle and ByteDance.
Analyst Vijay Rakesh estimates the AGI CPU platform will generate $20 billion in revenue by fiscal year 2031.
Mizuho also anticipates an AI ASIC launch in late 2026 or early 2027. This sector represents a market opportunity five to ten times larger than the current CPU market.
