Array Technologies opened a $50 million manufacturing facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 216,000-square-foot site is three times larger than the company's previous location. This expansion supports 300 jobs across production, engineering, and customer service.
The facility increases domestic manufacturing capacity for solar tracking systems. Array will transition previously outsourced component production to this in-house site to improve supply chain control.
In-house manufacturing is expected to reduce delivery times and operational costs. Certain components produced at the site will qualify for Section 45X Advanced Manufacturing Production Tax Credits.
