ASML Clears Final Hurdle for Massive 20,000-Employee Eindhoven Expansion

The Eindhoven city council granted final approval for ASML to significantly expand at the Brainport Industries Campus.

The approved zoning plan amendment enables the construction of a new campus designed for 20,000 employees.

Construction is scheduled to begin in March.

The project’s initial phase will house 5,000 employees.

ASML expects to complete this first phase by early 2028.

The council passed the measure with 35 votes in favor and 6 against.

This decision authorizes the municipality to acquire the land necessary for the development.
