ASML officially transitioned its High Numerical Aperture (High-NA) Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography systems into high-volume manufacturing. Each advanced machine costs more than $350 million.
These systems enable the production of sub-2-nanometer chips for next-generation artificial intelligence and autonomous systems. The move resolves a critical bottleneck in advanced semiconductor fabrication.
ASML raised its quarterly dividend to $3.1771 per share. The previous quarterly dividend was $1.88. This adjustment results in an annualized dividend of $12.71. The new payout represents a dividend yield of approximately 0.9%.
