Broadcom and IT solutions partner Carahsoft received a $970 million blanket purchase agreement from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The five-year award occurred on Tuesday.

The contract consolidates and streamlines software procurement for multiple Department of War agencies. It provides uniform pricing and cost transparency for Broadcom’s private cloud infrastructure, security, and other software solutions.

The agreement supports digital transformation efforts and future AI-enabled defense capabilities. Broadcom shares traded fractionally lower in Tuesday premarket trading.
