Broadcom Inc. and Samsung Electronics signed a five-year strategic partnership valued at over $200 billion. The agreement extends through 2030. Samsung will manufacture advanced 2-nanometer and smaller process technology chips for Broadcom.

The deal focuses on components for next-generation AI accelerators and high-performance computing applications. This collaboration strengthens both companies' positions in the artificial intelligence infrastructure sector.

Broadcom aims to enhance supply chain resilience by securing large-scale manufacturing capacity outside of Taiwan. The partnership supports Broadcom's strategy for custom AI processors and networking chips.
