Axon Appoints Former Dell Executive and AI Entrepreneur to Board of Directors

Axon Enterprise announced the immediate appointment of Vivek Mohindra and Eiso Kant to its Board of Directors, filling existing vacancies. The appointments bring extensive experience in technology strategy, artificial intelligence, and software engineering to the board.

• Appointments: Vivek Mohindra, a former senior leader at Dell Technologies, and Eiso Kant, co-founder and co-CEO of AI company poolside, were appointed as independent directors effective July 8, 2026.
• Committee Roles: Mr. Mohindra will serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Kant will serve as a non-voting observer on the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Structure Committee.
• Compensation Package: Each new director will receive an initial restricted stock unit (RSU) award valued at $260,000 vesting over three years, subsequent annual RSU awards of $260,000, and a $40,000 annual cash retainer.
