Ayala Malls Announces Major TriNoma Expansion to Connect with Unified Grand Central Station

Ayala Malls, a subsidiary of Ayala Land and Ayala Corporation, is expanding TriNoma in Quezon City. The project adds a 40,000-square-meter wing named "The Exchange at Trinoma."

This wing connects the mall to the Unified Grand Central Station and major transit lines. The development repositions TriNoma as a transit hub and "third space."

The expansion integrates retail, offices, and parking facilities. The project capitalizes on increased commuter traffic from new transit lines. The Exchange at Trinoma will open in late 2026.
