The AI assistant accesses a catalog containing more than four billion items. It delivers personalized recommendations based on a user's specific order history. Additional features include virtual try-ons and a 30-day price tracking tool.

Alibaba aims to transform the online shopping experience from keyword searches into fluid conversations. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to leverage AI to maintain competitiveness in the Chinese e-commerce market.
