Alibaba Group's semiconductor subsidiary, Tengtouge, officially launched its high-end AI chip, the "Zhenwu 810E," on January 29, 2026. The chip is a product of full-chain independent research and development, spanning hardware architecture and supporting software. It implements the company's AI "Golden Triangle" strategy.
The Zhenwu 810E is already deployed and in stable operation within large-scale cluster environments at Alibaba Cloud. More than 400 well-known enterprises and institutions utilize the service. Users include State Grid and XPeng Motors.
Alibaba also unveiled a major upgrade to its consumer AI platform, the Qwen App. This signals the company’s deep investment in artificial intelligence.
