Alibaba Group Holding and smartphone maker Honor are deepening their partnership to develop an operating system for AI-powered devices.

The companies expect to officially announce the collaboration at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in Shanghai. The project focuses on creating new agent capabilities for next-generation hardware.
