Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan forecasts robust U.S. economic growth of 2.4% for the next year. This projection marks an increase from the approximately 2% growth expected in 2025.

Speaking on Bloomberg Television, Moynihan stated that artificial intelligence is having an increasingly significant impact on the U.S. economy. He noted that while current effects remain marginal, AI investment is building and will become a larger economic contributor in the coming years.

Moynihan believes there is minimal risk to the broader economy if the AI sector were to overheat and pull back, citing the industry’s narrow group of companies. Internally, Bank of America actively implements AI, which he terms "augmented intelligence," to enhance efficiency across its various business lines.
