Bank of America appointed four senior technology bankers to its investment banking division to expand its footprint in M&A and capital-markets activities.
Gary Kirkham joins from Centerview Partners as executive vice chair. Jason Rowe joins from Goldman Sachs as global co-head of technology investment banking. Mahir Zaimoglu and Patrik Czornik join from JPMorgan Chase to lead technology M&A and investment banking for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
These strategic hires follow several departures from the bank's technology group over the past year. The move signals an intent to reinforce competitive positioning and drive future investment banking revenue growth.
