Baidu formed the Personal Super Intelligence Business Group (PSIG) by merging its Wenku and Cloud divisions. This adjustment aims to improve collaborative innovation capabilities in AI application development. Wang Ying leads the new group and reports directly to Baidu's CEO.

These include the launch of the advanced Ernie 5.0 AI model and the expansion of driverless taxi services in Abu Dhabi. These factors contributed to a significant rally in the company’s stock price.
