Baidu reported fourth-quarter 2025 financial results on February 26. Adjusted earnings surpassed analyst expectations, while revenue was largely in line with forecasts.
Total revenue declined 4% year-over-year. Revenue from AI Cloud Infrastructure and other AI-powered segments exceeded RMB 11 billion.
The core advertising business continued to show weakness. Baidu shares fell following the announcement.
The company did not declare a dividend for the quarter. Management reiterated plans to issue a dividend by the end of the year.
