BNP Paribas launched a strategic plan to nearly double its asset management pretax income by 2030. This initiative follows the integration of AXA Investment Managers, which increased the unit's assets to over €1.6 trillion.

The bank targets a 13% compound annual growth rate in pretax income from a 2025 pro-forma base of €820 million. It anticipates cumulative net inflows of approximately €350 billion by 2030. The plan projects annual growth in assets under management of more than 5%.

The strategy focuses on four pillars: alternative assets, active management and ETFs, institutional partnerships, and retail and wealth management. BNP Paribas expects to realize significant cost and revenue synergies by 2029.
